Project Manager
Own renovation project delivery end-to-end — schedule, budget, subcontractors and handover.
Job purpose
Deliver projects on time, on budget and to quality, keeping clients informed throughout.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and timelines
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Handle variation orders, defects and handover
- Prepare progress reports and read BQ/drawings
Required qualifications
- 3+ years project management in renovation/construction
- Ability to read BQ and drawings
Preferred qualifications
- Green building project exposure
- PMP or equivalent
